The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has unveiled the international fixtures for the 2026 summer, with England Women set to face three different international sides across all three formats in what promises to be a packed and exciting season.

The 2026 summer will also feature England hosting the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup on home turf from 12 June to 15 July, drawing global attention to the women’s game.
Nat Sciver-Brunt will lead England Women through a packed home schedule featuring series against New Zealand, India, and Ireland, including a Test match against India at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground.
“We’re really excited to unveil what promises to be a spectacular summer of international cricket in 2026. With world class opposition visiting iconic venues across the country, fans will have the chance to witness the very best of the men’s and women’s game. The highlight of the summer will undoubtedly be the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, hosted here in England for the first time since 2009.
“It’s a huge moment for the women’s game, for Nat Sciver-Brunt and her team, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of players and fans. And just after that, we’re thrilled that Lord’s will also host an England Women’s Test match for the first time, marking a really special period of time for the women’s game,” said Richard Gould, ECB’s Chief Executive Officer.
England last faced New Zealand in 2024, when the White Ferns toured for a bilateral ODI and T20I series. Under former captain Heather Knight, England delivered a dominant performance, comprehensively outplaying the visitors. The hosts completed clean sweeps in both formats, winning the ODI series 3-0 and the T20I series 5-0.
Their recently concluded white-ball series against India saw the visitors put in a clinical performance, securing their first-ever T20I series win against England with a 3-2 victory in the five-match series. In the ODI series, the Women in Blue continued their strong form, edging out the hosts by 13 runs in a closely fought series decider.
The team last toured Ireland in September 2024 for a three-match ODI series. The visitors started strongly, winning the first two matches with ease to seal the series. However, Ireland bounced back in the final ODI, putting up a spirited performance to claim a three-wicket victory in a rain-affected match.
