The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced an action-packed women’s cricket schedule for the 2025–26 season on Friday, 18 July, with the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 as the key highlights.

In a key step toward their ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 preparation, Pakistan will host South Africa for a three-match ODI series in mid-September, serving as vital preparation ahead of the tournament’s official warm-up fixtures.

In April, Pakistan hosted the 2025 ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier and secured a spot in the main tournament by winning all five of their matches. Finishing at the top of the table, Pakistan, along with Bangladesh, qualified for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, which will be held in India and Sri Lanka this September.

After a dominant showing in the Qualifier to secure their place in the marquee event, Pakistan will travel to Sri Lanka for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025. They are scheduled to play seven league-stage matches between 2 and 24 October, with the semi-final set for 29 October and the final on 2 November, if they advance.

Following the conclusion of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, a new cycle of the ICC Women’s Championship will begin. As part of the opening phase, Pakistan will tour South Africa in February–March 2026 for a six-match series featuring three ICC Women’s Championship ODIs and three T20Is.

In April and May 2026, Pakistan will host Zimbabwe for a series comprising three ICC Women’s Championship ODIs and three T20Is.

Ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, Pakistan will also participate in a T20I tri-series in Ireland, competing against the hosts and the West Indies to sharpen their preparations.
